Phoenix Earthship: Sustainable Green Building Available for Nightly Rental

If you are curious about what life inside an Earthship would be like, the Phoenix Earthship is accepting reservations for visitors The Earthship can sleep up to six people, and you can choose to rent the entire Earthship or either the East or West Wing for your visit.

The interior of the Earthship is quite comfortable, and features include a jungle greenhouse and fish pond. If you have ever wanted to share a temporary home with birds, this vacation getaway will give you the opportunity to do so.

The owners have not forgotten the comforts of home, though. The Earthship also comes equipped with WiFi and TV with NetFlix. Feel free to bring your dog if you like; Fido is welcome to visit with you, too.

Rates for the entire Earthship start at $295.00 per night ($340.00 during the Holiday Season from November 21-January 5). If you would like to rent the premises for a week, you would be looking at $1,705.00 (Holiday rate is $1,895.00).

Rates for one or two people start at $120.00 per night ($130.00 during the Holidays) and $685.00 per week ($685.00 during the November-January time period).

Guests can call in advance with their grocery list and the Earthship will be stocked with the requested items at a cost of 25 percent over cost.

If you check out the Phoenix Earthship for a vacation getaway and can’t get enough of this green living, the Earthship and the two acres the complex sits on is for sale. You are going to have to be prepared to save quite a few pennies to afford the $1.5 million asking price, though.
