A modern beach house with Rooftop Lap Pool, Nestles was designed by Hughes Umbanhowar Architects – the ultimate contemporary coastal home with an elegant interior.
Situated between the beach and a road along a narrow site on the north coast of Jupiter, Florida, the house is divided into three separate buildings – a bedroom, comfort room and relaxing living area. Each space has a wide view to the beach and surrounding scenery with expansive sunlight coming through the large windows.
The interior is bright white, which goes extremely well with the slightly blue tinted windows and beech furniture. The most exclusive part of the house is undoubtedly the rooftop sun deck and swimming pool. When viewed from the ground none of this visible, and appears as only a flat roof.
The wide pool is perfect for relaxing in and enjoy views of the coastline and horizon, and chilling out on the patio area with the modern sun loungers.
