The Modular house was designed by Spanish architecture firm A-Cero, a black exterior with neatly balanced black and white interior. As well as being ultra modern, like some of their other interior designs, the home also has a distinctive gothic theme.
With the Modular house it’s the mysterious artwork which gives it a gothic appeal, as well the black furniture choices. In the bedrooms the bed is completely black, with a black desk and shelving, the rest of the room white. All the furniture in the kitchen is black, the walls, floor and worktops white. In the living room and dining are white is more prominent, with only cushions and edging on the dining table the only black in the room.
The outside architecture is a sleek onlyx-like black with tinted windows. On the patio area beside the swimming pool are modern white dining table and chairs beneath a black canopy. The driveway uses fine white stones and has a black roof for the carport.
No matter what the furniture or seating style implemented, as long as the two shades in black and white interiors retain a healthy balance they will always stand a good chance of looking stylish and modern.
