Located on Paulista Avenue in São Paulo, this fabulous modern apartment by Brazilian architects Piratininga was designed for a father and son. This reflects in the design, appealing to males of all ages, the overall theme is one of masculinity with strong colors and design features.
Originally constructed in 1952, the apartment was remodelled to suit the needs of the two men and create private and communal areas so they can enjoy both privacy and moments of interaction.
In the living room in the center of the apartment has the concrete left exposed to give the area an industrial chic look. From here there is quick access to the storage room, pantry, library, restroom, dining area and kitchen. The two bedrooms are very spacious and have their own ensuite bathrooms, with the father’s room also boasting a walk-in wardrobe.
Throughout the apartment modern wall art of all shapes and styles adorns the walls. The furniture throughout is very modern, yet the mix with the industrial style finish and colors give a unique blend of contemporary and traditional.
