Unfortunately, Mahina is only a design concept for visualization purposes, produced by Weber Consulting, but it at least gives us a look at how beach houses in the future may look.

A wide crescent shaped villa, Mahina would be built from diamante glass, and have a high available thermal mass, the temperature regulated by a water cooling/heating in the floors and arched walls. The futuristic beach villa, with its wide sliding glass doors, is designed specifically for what beach homes are for – to best enjoy the views of the seas and beach and take in the sea breeze.
