Even if you’re not low on space, why wouldn’t you want multi-functional furniture, perhaps in a spare bedroom? Apartment dwellers, college students, and those living in studio apartments may especially enjoy the flexibility furniture that transforms into several different seating and sleeping options (with side tables) can provide.
The KEWB from UK company Sit ‘n’ Sleep won’t require a lot of work. There’s no assembly, and rearranging the pieces can create a bed, a chair and side table, a table with the rest of the KEWB stored underneath, a bed and a side table, a recliner and a side table, or a games table (with cushions as seating) and TV stand.
Putting two or three together will open the options up even further, creating a double bed with two side tables, for example, or a “loveseat” and chair with plenty of table space.
The KEWB has removable faux suede covers over foam cushions. The lacquered hardwood is available in a dark or light shade and the fabric is available in stone, aubergine, and brown. The company will send free fabric samples so you’re sure to get the color that works best with your décor.
