Today’s roundup is all about kicking back and putting our feet up. We sat back in a chair on casters and cruised around the web, looking for the most interesting links we could find that kept us on the edge of our seats as we glanced through them.

First up, Design Milk shares a new take on the slipcovered chair with a piece called Garment by Benjamin Hubert, shown above. Next, Elle Decor pauses to focus on Oly’s Thibault lounge, a luxe grey neoclassical blast from the past:

Furniture Fashion gives us ten great glimpses of bamboo patio furniture, just in time for summer’s big kickoff weekend:

Elsewhere on the web, CasaSugar shares some inside tips to recreate the interior of a cool coffee shop in Helsinki, featuring the eye-catching Innit Acapulco chair in a bright sky blue…

…and if you’ve got problems to solve in your living room, including seating configurations and couches that are just a little “meh,” the helpful folks behind The Nest have just what the doctor ordered.

Happy weekending! Don’t forget to take a load off and relax for a while.

  1. I love the lounge – my parents have a similar one in rose that was my great grandmother’s.

For me its always the question of how it will synchronize with the other decor. Since these are not stand alone objects, i cant see them fitting in with my style.
