If one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, then one man’s moving pallet can be another man’s coffee table. The rise in popularity of upcycling and DIY home projects is bringing creativity to a new level in the interior design world, and the star of the moment is undoubtedly the pallet.
This simple, inexpensive gathering of wood — usually pine — is generally disposed of after repeated use, but it’s finding a new lease on life in the realm of upcycling, making many happy returns as coffee tables, chaise lounges, wall decor racks and more.
Although for do-it-yourselfers, it’s important to know that the wood should be treated to make sure it’s free from harmful chemicals before bringing it into a home as a permanent fixture, the options are as limitless as your imagination.

I have been obsessed with pallets, too! I’ve pinned lots of pallet furniture on Pinterest for future projects!
These are actually cute. Who would think? Pallets are widely available everywhere. This gets my creativity juices flowing. And no, I’m not looking it up online. I want to experiment and come up with my own creation.
