Possible Furniture – chaotic sofas and chairs

June 17, 2011 by

More surreal furniture, this time from Robert Stradler, the cofounder of Radi Designers. Stradler, who lives and works in Paris and Rio de Janeiro, has produced many stunning works as a solo designer.

The “Possible Furniture” is a stand out seating arrangement of Stradler’s unique and modern designs.
Built from laquered boards and stacked upholstered elements, the Possible furniture has an unordered and chaotic design. Similar to the Mosspink sofa the backreats have the look of scattered stones.

Contrary to the unplanned appearance of the “Possible Furniture” range the design does in fact follow the rules of ergonomics, stability and use. Minimalist seating designs like this look fantastic as a centrepiece in a large open living room.
