As a rule, dining areas traditionally consist of a dining table with a set of chairs, but this totally unique zebrano dining furniture unit offers something completely different and innovative – the dining area built into a complete floor to ceiling furniture unit.

Part of a contemporary home in Zagreb, Croatia, this unique dining room interior was designed by DVA architects, which also boasts a bedroom finished completel win zebrano floor, walls and ceiling.

Running symetrically alongside the fitted kitchen furniture and appliances, the dining furniture can be closed off from the kitchen area by way of a sliding partition door which conceals the kitchen. Three quarters of the dining area is suspended above the floor to allow sufficient space for the chairs, which are a lighter beige color.

Beside the dining area a flat screen TV is embedded into the furniture, giving the furniture an even more modern and stylized appeal. Zebrano furniture is a deep striped wood with a distinctive masculine feel, making it perfect for contemporary interiors which strive for a warm and lively design.
