Made by Swiss designers, Superieur, the name of this unique table is TBL, but is better known as the “UFO table”.

Like all of Superieur’s designs, the TBL is both simplistic and striking. Made from fibreglass, and finished with a high gloss laquer, the design curves upwards at three points to secure the smoked glass top. Its the table’s bold curvature and clean white surface which make it reminiscent of the archetypal flying saucer.

It’s rare to find a modern table design that embraces the space age niche, but the TBL is certainly one of a kind. With it’s spacious open area in the middle, it’s ideal for storing magazines, making the TBL table a suitable addition, not only to the living room, but also to a modern office or waiting room.
