Kick Your Feet Up: A Quartet of Tufted Ottomans

Tufted Ottoman from Cococozy

There’s just something so indulgent about a tufted piece of furniture. It likely has something to do with the endless 3-D pattern of curves the technique creates — numerous cushions within one larger pillowed element, just inviting us to relax and enjoy a little splendor.

While a large tufted sofa might be a bit of a commitment and a simple pillow isn’t enough to do the trick, an ottoman can provide the perfect medium to add a pop of luxury without stepping outside one’s comfort zone.

Whether it’s a small storage ottoman like the pink one from Rose Reims, below, or one of the more grandiose statement pieces from Cococozy (above), Joss & Main or Brocade Home, something as simple as a footrest can add not only a pop of color and place to put one’s feet up and relax, but also infuse a little nod to old-world grandiosity, too.

Luxury does not have tp take up space, i see in the photo of the ottoman which doubles as a storage bin.
