A bedroom which sits on the bank of a river, where one can watch hippos wading in the water, The Retreat is an open plan room with a luxury king sized bed, enveloped by a canopy to protect against bugs. Carved from dark wood, the bed frame matches the writing desk, tables and chairs.

The flooring is a much lighter tone, and with the red rugs and cream furnishings the environment is one of warmth and ambiance. There is a traditional cast iron slipper bath, out in the open, so as to enjoy the views of the river from the relaxing comfort of the bathtub.
