A breakaway from traditional bathroom lighting, the Luminist basin range by TOTO gives one the ability to light up their bathroom in a totally innovative way – by having a luminous basin.

Moulded from TOTO’s custom epoxy resin material, Luminist basins are impact-resistant and scratches can be polished away with relative ease. The translucent features of the material means the basins, when lit, give out a calming, soothing effect. There are no handles or levers for the faucet, as it responds automatically by censor to the presence of ones hand.

When the faucet is in use, the water swirls over the lit surface of the basin, creating a unique dancing effect. Basins such as Luminist, which illuminate the whole wash area, become the focal point of the bathroom design, giving the room a look and feel of ambience and relaxation.
