You can choose gray for your bathroom and use it effectively. It’s a great neutral tone, and you can pair it with a number of accent colors quite effectively to make a great impression.
When you are shopping for tiles, keep in mind that gray is a color that can take on other tones. You may be looking for a true gray, but the tile you are looking at may have green, blue or even pink undertones.
The best way to see exactly what you are looking at is to hold the tile up against something that is white. A color chip or a plain tile can be used for this purpose and you will know what you are buying before you get it home.
This gray and off-white bathroom is very nicely coordinated. The tile work, vanity and silver accents all coordinate well together. The peach and coral-colored towels provide good examples of how you can use these types of colors to brighten up the room.
If you decide to install a dark gray granite tile like this around your bathtub, it will create a striking atmosphere in your loo. Unless you have a large space to work with, you may want to limit the amount of dark tile to avoid making the room seem too dark.
Contrast it with lighter paint in other areas for a balanced look. Lighter towels and accessories can also create a lighter appearance.

Grey seems to be the new white. Just be careful not to end up with a space that looks more industrial than you wanted. I like the clean feel of grey and it’s becoming a modern neutral.
Yes grey in bathrooms and kitchens seems to be all the rave today. I recently saw one post about a newly remolded kitchen and they painted the cabinets above the counters white and the counter cabinets grey, it looked really nice. I think a similar theme would look good in a bathroom as well.
