Inspired by the popular and iconic Calla Lily, this stylish modern bathroom suite was designed by architect Oriano Favaretto from Italian bath furniture company Mastella. A sumptuous matching bath and sanitaryware set which is like no other in terms of unique design.

In much the same way that leaves of lillies curve up and around, growing in width as they get higher, the basin in this suite have the same look. Instead of having one flat surface all the way around as in traditional basin pedestals, there is an overlapping effect, giving the pedestal that same look as a lily.

That overlapping of leaves effect can also be seen in the free-standing slipper bath, in the simple way the rim seperates at one point, departs and slopes downwards. Slipper baths are often associated with traditional and classic bathrooms, but the contemporary and unusual appeal of ths bathtub means it would be a fabulous addition to a modern bathroom.
