Bathroom design in 2009 promises to be one of the most exciting in terms of experimental styles, with bolder colours being the trend, coupled with minimalistic bathroom items.
The tendency of recent years to use bathroom furniture should continue, especially with wall-hung vanity units and spacious cabinets. Contemporary sanitary ware, which has taken on a more space-age style recently, will be popular with first time home owners, and walk-in showers will replace conventional corner units.
