First up, Architectural Digest shares a glimpse into Site and Sound by Victoria Newhouse, a photography-rich book surveying the most innovative music halls and opera houses in the world, including the Guangzhou Opera House shown above.

Per Dwell, Cassina has created “a prefab mountain dwelling” conceived by Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret from the drawings the pair created in 1938, and it’s nothing if not visually compelling:
