Lanterns aren’t just for navigating the halls or the great outdoors when there’s no other source of light available. They can make beautiful additions to the interior of a home as centerpieces, in the place of lamps on end tables, or hanging from the ceiling. Fill them up with tea lights, pillar candles, or something else entirely in order to add warmth to a room.
Even if a candle never lights it from the inside, lanterns still make an interesting alternative to lamps and other knick-knacks, often adding warmth through bronze metals and warm-toned glass panels.
