Here, vase and lamp combine to create an innovative modern plantpot solution. It’s rare to find a planter design which has a place in a modern interior, but with it’s minimalist shape and color Lluna wouldn’t look at all out of place in a contemporary living room, kitchen or conservatory.
Rather than illuminating the whole vase, the light emanates from the cavity. Not only exclusive to plants, Lluna can be used for other storage solutions. Although the space inside isn’t vast, it makes a very funky icebucket.
Designed by Joan Gaspar for Serralunga. Founded in Biella in 1825, Serralunga have revolutionized the traditional market of creating pots by the rotational method. By combining large scale production with stylistic research, the Serralunga collection of home accessories definitely lives up to its signature of “Living Differently”.
