Based in Portland, Oregon, Joe Futschik is the founder and one man designer of Jeffdesigns, who prides himself on creating simple modern objects. His works have been commissioned for a number of commercial and residential projects, such as restaurants, bars, hotels, corporations and private residences.

As well as his lightbox paintings, Joe also designs hand-made wooden lamps, wall prints, panels and home accessories. Mostly self-taught, Joe grabs his inspiration from a number of sources, all of which are brought together in his unique designs of colour, light and form.
