Sitting at a desk doing school work can be tedious at times, but there is something to be said for making the environment as pleasant as possible. Investing in a desk lamp with an interesting design won’t necessarily make the subject matter easier to grasp, but at least your surroundings will be cheerful – even if the the prospect of an all-night cram session isn’t.
We admit that we were immediately drawn to the color the Woopsy Purple Desk Lamp first, and then the “spilled paint” design. This lamp measures 15 1/2″ in height and uses a 40 watt standard bulb (not included). If you’re not a fan of the color purple, it’s also available in yellow, blue and hot pink.
The Little Monster Bendable LED Desk Lamp is battery powered (4AA batteries, not included) or you can power it using a USB adapter from your computer. Move the bendable neck into any direction you need to do homework or for reading. The LED light even changes colors when you squeeze the “monster’s” head. This lamp is available in orange, a leopard print, and a plain pink, black, pink striped pattern as well.
