We recently received an email from Besir Icin of Turkish wallpaper company Altin Kagit who wanted to draw our attention to their very stylish modern and creative wall coverings for the home.

What impressed us most about these particular wallpapers are the bright colors and the expressive patterns. In the west our wallpapers are traditionally quite subdued in color tones, but these Turkish wallpapers make wonderful use of vibrant pinks, yellows, limes and lavenders.

The patterns are quite varied, with floral, retro and typography designs the standout wallpapers. With colors and patterns this bold one would have to think carefully about the rest of the interior design to ensure the other furnishings don’t clash and make the room look too busy with bright colors.
